Advanced Satellite for Cosmology and Astrophysics (ASCA) Guest
Investigator Program. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA) is interested in receiving proposals for astrophysical research
projects which are relevant to the ASCA mission. The ASCA mission is
a cooperative X-ray astronomy program between the United States and
Japan. Participation in this program is open to ALL categories of
organizations and institutions within the United States. A detailed
