The contractor will complete a full assessment of needs using appropriate psychological instruments in preparation for the potential development of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for disabled veteran clients. Appropriate Massachusetts state licenses are required. the counseling site must be readily accessible to veterans in the Springfield, Ma, Greenfield, MA, Pittsfield, MA and Worcester, MA areas. Standard industrial code 8399 applies to this solicitation. All requests for the solicitation package MUST be in writing. No phone or faxed requests will be accepted.
