H -- H -- LEGAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF A-12 AIRCRAFT PROGRAM POC Contact, MARK DIEHL, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to exercise an option in the A-12 Legal Services contract (N00019-94-D-0097) to extend the performance period for up to six months beyond the twelve month base period of the contract. The option will be exercised to require Arnold & Porter, 555 Twelfth Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20004-1202, to continue providing legal services to the A-12 Aircraft Program within the labor hour ordering limits and at the labor hour rates specified in the contract. Arnold & Porter is the only firm that possesses the familiarity with the complex factual, technical, and legal issues involved in the A-12 litigiation and attorney work product data necessary to provide the legal services required within the timeframes required.
