The work to be performed includes a variety of tasks in the following areas: Strategic mobility analysis, training, transportation and cargo handling analysis, ship data base management and maintenance, sealift and mobilization modeling, strategic logistics, Ready Reserve Force (RRF) sizing and siting analysis, sealift requirements analysis, Naval combat logistics support, ad hoc sealift/maritime studies, and shipboard physical security and general administration. See note (1). This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under SIC 8711. The size standard is for a concern which, including its affiliates, has had average annual sales or receipts for its preceeding three fiscal years not in excess of $13.5 M.
