The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management to provide chmical sampling services. Work includes sample collection, field analysis and flow measuremens. The contractor shall be responsible for facilities, equipment and personnel required to perform sampling as well as field analysis of environmental samples. The contractor shall provide the required analytical and sampling expertise and instrumentation to obtain detection limits equal to those specified in the activities Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES), Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) or Waterworks Permits or those specified in other EPA approved procedures. Work to be completed by means of a firm fixed price/indefinite quantity contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is for a period of one year with options to extend for one to twelve months with a total duration not to exceed 60 months.
