A requirements type contract is contemplated. The period of performance is one year with an estimated 250 flight hours provided. Performance will take place in Airzona for jump training as required by the Navy. The pilot must be qualified to perform jump missions and the contractor must possess all required insurance prior to performance. Detailed specifications and delivery requirements will be specified in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Only written offers will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise to receive a contract from any federal agency.
