The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the village of Hilton, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Dunbar Road; on the east by Bennett Road; on the south by Burritt Road; and on the west by Heinz Road. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 6,500 sf with 17 customer parking spaces, 33 employee spaces and 3 handicap spaces; or, for a new construction leased facility of about 6,500 sf on a site size of about 88,350 sf, with 33 spaces for employee parking, 17 spaces for customer parking and 3 spaces for the handicapped. The lease term is for a minimum of 15 years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and 10 years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space.
