Notice is given that the General Services Administration (GSA) will
conduct an investigation of possible sites to be used for the
construction of a United States Courthouse in Covington, Kentucky. As
part of this investigation, GSA hereby solicits proposals for a no-cost
assignable option to purchase property or for donation of site to the
United States of America. A minimum site area of approximately one and
one half (1.5) contiguous acres is required within the delineated area
described as the area bounded by (or fronting on) the following: North:
The Ohio River; East: The Licking River; South: 18th Street, with
extended lines to join the Licking River to the east and the Covington
City Limits to the west; West: The Covington City Limits from the Ohio
River south to intercept the extended line of 18th Street. Sites
fronting directly on the perimeter of the delineated area will be
considered. Owners of parcels aggregating less than the size of the
site specified, but to which abutting parcels may be added to produce
a site of the required size, are encouraged to offer such properties
for inspection. Sites which may be donated to the Federal Government
are solicited, as well as sites which are for sale. Offers should be
submitted in letter form and include an accurate description and sketch
of the site offered. Offers should be received on or before June 5,

procedural regulations under certain laws, it may be 12/15 months
before an option can be exercised on the selected site. Representatives
of GSA will be in Covington on June 5-8, 1995, for the purpose of the
site investigation and can be contacted on June 5, from 1-4 p.m. at the
United States Post Office/Courthouse, 700 Scott Street, Room 3,

hereby reserved as the interest of the government may require, to
