Reconstruct and apply double bituminous surface treatment to 0.22 mile of Lake Hinkle Access Road Number SC10 and replace culvert and apply single bituminous surface treatment to Lake Hinkle boat ramp access and parking, Road Number 9940. Work shall consist of 440 cubic yards crushed aggregate base; 10.87 stations reconditioning roadbed; 868 gallons liquid asphalt, grade MC30; 39.7 tons aggregate, grading 12; 181.2 tons aggregate, grading 2; 4,886 gallons emulsified asphalt, grade CRS-2; 2 lump sum quantities of mobilization; and 25 linear feet of 18 inch polymeric coated corrugated steel pipe. All work is located on the Ouachita National Forest, Poteau Ranger District, Little Pines Recreation area, Scott County, Arkansas (headquarters in Waldron, Arkansas).
