The work involves the removal and asbestos abatement of all vinyl composition tile flooring and mastic, all sheet vinyl flooring and mastic, all ''popcorn'' ceiling texture, and all wall base mastic on removed wall base material, and at drywall removal locations; the installation of sheet vinyl; the removal and replacement of drywall; the installation of such items as fans, ductwork, and wiring; the removal and replacement of doors, casework, kitchens windows, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures; installation of new ranges and dishwashers; and other incidental related work. During perfomance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered.
