Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct the new facility at Beale AFB, in accordance with the plan and specifications, to included civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and communications systems and to provide a new irrigation system at the existing Famcamp site. This action is being consdered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the projecr as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 10 days from the publication date of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB cocnerns, the saolicitations willl be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are still requested from all interested business concerns as well as from Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. Project requirements will be made available on or about 15 June 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $250,000 and $500,000. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing or by FAX. Our FAX number is 916/634-3311.
