Architectural correctional work to include the removal and/or replacement of existing concrete sidewalks, stairs, ramps, doors, frames, and hardware. New construction includes curb ramps, asphalt paving and patching, concrete parking bumpers, parking lot restriping, traffic control signage (handicap accessible parking space), hand rails at existing stairs and ramps, doors, frames and hardware. Electrical work to include the installation of new conduit, wiring and related work, from existing panels to new automatic doors. All work to be completed within 365 calendar days from receipt of the ''Notice To Proceed''. Construction Cost Estimate - $500,000 to $1,000,000.
