Furnish all plant equipment, materials, labor and transportation to perform completely all operations to Repair Airfield Pavement at Altus Air Force Base OK. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 with two option years not to exceed $500,000 per option year. This acquisition will be a Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside if two or more responsible Small Disadvantaged Businsses intend to bid. Small Disadvantaged Businesses intending to bid must notify the 97th Contracting Squadron/LGCC not later than fifteen days after initial publication of this synopsis of their desire to bid, stating that they are Small Disadvantaged Businesses, provide at least three previous significant contract performance references, and at least one financial reference (bank, bank account number and point of contact). Telephone and/or FAX numbers of references are required. References will be used to determine whether a Small Disadvantaged Business is responsible. No further notice of Set-Aside status will be provided other than as indicated in the Solicitation when it is issued. Solictations will be issued on or about 30 May 95.
