Work will consist of interior and exterior renovations to include associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Facility has exterior asbestos shingle type siding which will require removal in accordance with EPA regulations. Asbestos ceiling and wall panels and flexible joint material on return/supply air ducts will require removal/disposal. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This solicitation is 100% set-side for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. SDB concerns should indicate interest in this acquisition by providing the contracting office evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as socially/economically disadvantaged business.
