The project consists of the removal of a 2,100 square foot, single-story office building and a 14'x 65' office trailer. Two 10'x 25' office trailers with a common roof structure will be moved to a new location on site. Underground utility work, including water, sewer, and storm drain construction will be necessary. Parking lot construction includes placement of rock fill, construction of a 3 foot high rock retaining wall, and concrete sidewalk, ramp and curb construction. The parking lot will be gravel surfaced and will accomodate 24 parking spaces. Estimated price range is between $100,000 to $250,000. Contract time is 180 calendar days.
