The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and management necessary to secure installation, maintenance and repairs on the sewage collection, steam, air, fresh water, and salt water distribution systems throughout the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and its annexes complete and ready for use by means of a Requirements type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 5 June 1995. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The proposed procurement listed herein is NOT restricted to small business concerns.
