Z -- STREAMLINE REPLACEMENT AT CARLISLE BARRACKS PENNSYLVANIA Sol. DABT43-95-B-0007. Due 071095. POC: Contract Specialist, Beverly Lanier, 717/245-4622, Contracting Officer, Richard A. Myers. Replace underground steamlines and hot water distribution lines including pertinent valves, traps, drip legs, pressure regulators and etc. Piping system is to be pre-insulated underground type manufactured by Thermal Pipe systems or equal. Pipe sizes ranges from 1-1/2 to 8 inches. This project will include repairs to roads, grounds and sidewalks as necessary. The project range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, including optional items. The work will be divided into sections (i.e., manhole F to BLDG #122, manhole G to BLDG #322, manhole 12 to manhole 15, manhole P to BLDG #40, etc. There will be funded line items and optional unfunded line items with price redetermination provisions for pipe supplies. All on-site performance will take place in the non heating season from the later of date of award or 1 August 1995 through 30 September 1995, or 1 May through 30 September of 1996, 1997 and 1998, dependent upon availability of funds and work schedules. This procurement is unrestricted. There will be a non-refundable charge of $40.00 for each copy of this invitation for bids, spefications and drawings.
