Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0163 for the hardware, engineering, and product support required for the development and delivery of the Harpoon Embedded Trainer (HET) Ordnance Alteration. NAVAIR intends to negotiate this procurement with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Cruise Missiles- Harpoon/SLAM, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. MDA is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Harpoon Weapon System and is the only known firm with the knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and experience to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
