16 -- AIRBORNE VIDEO TAPE RECORDER (AVTR) SYSTEM KITS SOL F41689-95-RA123 DUE 070395 POC SID DUKES tel: 210/652-6487/BILLY PERRY AETC CONS/LGCU is contemplating negotiation of a sole source contract to provide thirteen (13) LE-807 Airborne Video Tape Recorder (ATVR) System Kits for the T-38 aircraft. Each kit consists of an LE-807 HUD video camera, an LE-AVTR807 8MM airborne video cassette recorder (with new eject switch and cassette door lock, upgraded version 2 of 807-910 power interface board), an LE-807-401 AT-38B camera mount with fasteners, an LE-807-703 & 703 cable set, an LE-MC38 replacement map case with brackets, and technical manuals. Installation will be by government personnel. Due to aircraft configuation, LIDO engineering is considered the only supplier of the required kits. Delivery requirements follows: 3 kits to Sheppard AFB, TX, 3 kits to Columbus AFB, MS, and 1 kit to Randolph AFB, TX by 1 Aug 95. The balance of the kits delivered by 1 Jan 96.
