The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit competitively for a 3 bin aggregate feeder unit delivers sand, intermediate stone, and coarse stone through positive adjustable control bottom feed apertures are a minimum rate of 13 and a maximum of 110 tons graded aggregate per hour. The aggregate is deposited on a 24 inch wide feeder conveyer belt running the length of the hoppers with a 2 foot minimum discharge extending past bin #3 at a minimum height of 2 feet. Unit must be compatible with model 835 Barber-Greene Dryer Asphalt plant, which is a permanent structure, and is being ordered to replace an existing unit. Specifications concerning minimum and maximum dimensions, overall maximum length of 22 feet maximum width of 8 feet, etc., are dictated by physical restraints of existing permanent structure. Specifications concerning minimum and maximum capacities are dictated by State of Florida EPA permit. Must be single unit, in line, heavy duty construction.
