Brusuelas, Contracting Officer, at (505) 678-4323 The White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to acquire an ESCAN Feed, Feed Mount, Spars Model 3590; a Digital Autotrack Controller Model 3862-3; 2 each SCR Power Amplifier Model 3633B; and a Set of Range Cables consisting of P/Ns 425106 (2 each), 430206, and 425706 from Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. These items will be obtained on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract type is firm fixed price. Subject items are DIRECT REPLACEMENT parts. The items are major assemblies and subassemblies required to interface, control and operate the automatic tracking pedestal Model 3104/j454-4 manufactured by Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. amd must be compatible with it both electrically and mechanically.
