The contractor will be required to provide Home Oxygen equipment, training, maintenance to VA patients identified the VA Medical Center, San Francisco, California. The contractor is required to be JCAHO Home Care certified by time of contract award. Period of service will be 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with three one year options.
