This requirement is for the delivery and quality acceptance of a Plused Ruby Laser System. Laser system must be Lumonics Model Number QSR-3. Specifications are as follows: Output energy 3 joules at wave length SF 649nm, pulse duration 30 nsec, beam diameter 15.9mm, repetition rate 3ppm, electrical power 200-240VAC single phase, maximum power consumption .7kw, peak load 1.2kva, water cooled 6.0 liters/min. The laser should be capable of receiving remote triggers to flash lamp, pockells cell, and charging of flash lamp high voltage. Delivery shall be FOB Arnold Air Force Base and shall be required no later than 16 weeks after award.
