Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the following locations: FCI, Florence, CO; FCI, Seagoville, TX; FCI, Three Rivers, TX; FCI, La Tuna, TX; FCI, Marianna, FL; and FCI, Bastrop, TX. This solicitation will result in a five year indefinite quantity contract with an economic price adjustment. The minimum guaranteed quantity over the five year period is 85,710 square feet; the maximum amount over the five year period is 169,415 square feet. Vinyl will be purchased in at least the following colors: Ruby, Salmon, Terra Cotta, Slate Blue, Blush, taupe, Seafoam, Fir, Cornsilk, Camel, Beige, and Black. Vinyl will be a minimum of 54'' wide and may be purchased in rolls or cut yardage. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the low responsive bid submitted by a responsible offeror.
