Swizewski, (215)897-5504 The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to procure paper for the Department of the Navy, Defense Printing Service (DPS) located at the Scott Air Force Base (AFB), IL; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; and St. Louis, MO. This requirement is for a base period of one (1) year beginning 30 days after contract award. The required paper includes an assortment of the following: 8 1/2 X 11 white, 20LB paper; 8 1/2 X 11 white, 20LB paper, three hole pre- punched; 8 1/2 X 11 colored, 20LB paper; and 8 1/2 X 11 colored, 110LB paper. Paper can not be recycled paper and the paper required must be capable of running through the following machines: Xerox 135 Docutech, OCE 2475's and 2600's, Xerox 5090, Kodak 1392. A twenty-four (24) hour delivery response time is required to DPS Scott AFB and DPS St. Louis and a forty-eight (48) hour delivery response time is required to DPS Fort Leonard Wood. FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia contemplates the award of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract through full and open competition.
