A -- A -- JTCTS HIGH LEVEL ARCHITECTURE (HLA) TASKING SOL N00019-95-C-0124 POC Contact, Rodney A. Moye, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure High Level Architecture (HLA) tasking in support of the Joint Tactical Combat Training System (JTCTS). The JTCTS HLA tasking will consist of (1) support of all HLA meetings, (2) definitization of internal/external object models, including Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) and orange C3 relationship models, (3) an interface specification study, and (4) JTCTS/BFTT prototype development and tasking. NAVAIR will place this sole source modification with Raytheon Company under JTCTS Contract N00019-95-C-0124. As sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of JTCTS, which requires/includes HLA tasking, Raytheon Company is the only firm which possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise to meet the Government's minimum needs in an accurate and timely manner.
