The Reserve Training Center Volunteer Band is an all volunteer band comprised of enlisted military personnel (permanent party and students) and averages 12-20 members. The band performs at on-base command functions and scheduled community events. The contractor's duties will also include, but not be limited to, providing personnel to rehearse the band, conduct at performances, organize the band as a marching unit, and act as property custodian for band equipment. Contract performance period is 1 October 1995 to 30 September 1996, with two (2) one-year options. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business.
