The National Institutes of Health intends to negotiate with Morehouse College, Atlanta, GA, for Extramural Associates Program Regional Workshop for scientific faculty and scientific administrators at selected eligible Extramural Associate Institutions (EAIs), in region IV (four), on July 27 - 29, 1995 for proposal writing, and expose institutions to biomedical and behavioral research opportunities. Authority: 41 USC 253 (c) 91), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Due to time restriction and region (IV) four request, it is the Government's belief that these requirements can only be met by Morehouse College. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond to this notice must furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above. Sources demonstrating the capability to accomplish the above shall supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to to demonstrate their ability to perform.
