The Forces Command Central Contracting Office, Fort McPherson Georgia proposed to modify contract number DAKF12-91-C-0013 for Operation of five US Army Reserve Command Regional Training Sites Medical to extend the contract for six months from 1 October 1995 through 31 March 1996 and incorporate contract clause FAR 52.237-3, ``Continuity of Services''. The Contract modification will be with the current contractor Global Associates, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Solicitations are not available. This modification is required to continue current performance pending award of a competitive contract under solicitation DAKF12-95-R-0005. Synopsis of competitive procurement was published in the CBD on 5 May 1995. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
