Requests for proposal for Television Public Service Awareness campaign to promote registration awareness among 17-18 year old males. The contractor to develop concepts, to market test concepts, to produce, replicate, and package television spots in 30, 15 and 10 second versions to TV stations, networks and cable outlets. The contractor will market test the PSA's, hire the talent, produce the spots, create the packaging, provide the mailing lists, and supervise the mail drop.
