FISC NORFOLK, DETACHMENT WASHINGTON, DC SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT FAIR 95 2nd ANNUAL SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT FAIR 95 - The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Washington, DC (DET WASH), formerly known as the ``Naval Regional Contracting Center Washington'', is hosting its 2nd annual ``Small Business Procurement Fair 95'', on Thursday, June 22, 1995, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The historic Washington Navy Yard will once again be the site of this exciting outreach event to all small businesses, 8(a) firms, women-owned businesses, HBCUs/MIs, and major prime contractors. All organizations are encouraged not to miss this opportunity. A cadre of contracting professionals from FISC Norfolk DET WASH, DoD, and other Federal Agencies will be available to assist in your marketing efforts to provide a broad range of supplies and services. Exhibit and/or attend, network, and learn how to do business with this major Navy contracting facility. All small business attendees are requested to complete a technical profile which will be compiled on a diskette and distributed to all major prime contractors that participate. In return, all small business registrants will receive information from major prime contractors concerning subcontracting opportunities. Throughout the day, there will be 7 procurement workshops which will brief, educate and inform small businesses on a variety of procurement issues.
