is not limited to the following: Cafeteria and work areas--remove layin
ceiling tile, carpeting, ceiling grid. Installation of new ceiling
grid, carpeting, laying ceiling tile, patch and paint walls.
Installation of sump pump and water sealing of areaway. Scrape and
repair walls. Remove asbestos containing texture material from ceiling.
Install vinyl floor, installation of rubber tile floor and rubber stain
treads. Replacement of roof on entrance, replacement of plaster ceiling
and patch plaster in entrance. Installation of OSHA safety cage in
engine room exterior ladder. Installation of folding ladder and
platform. Installation of solar film on windows. Installation of
backflow preventer of 3 inch lawn sprinkler main. The estimated price
range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This
procurement is open to both large and small businesses. All responsible

Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has programs to
assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to
acquire short-term working capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible
prime or subcontract at aany tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
