Specific items of work include sitework, site demolition, paving, storm drainage, landscaping, site utilities, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, light gauge metal framing, aluminum railing systems, ornamental metal work, finish carpentry, synthetic stucco, prefabricated metal roofing, aluminum storefront system, metal doors and frames, aluminum windows, finish hardware, drywall, carpeting, resilient tile and ceramic tile flooring, painting and wall covering, miscellaneous specialties, elevators, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related incidental work.
