This acquisition is a Sole-Source 100% Buy Indian set-aside in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47. The Government anticipates negotiating a 100% Buy Indian sole-source acquisition with the Spokane Indian Tribe in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47. Construction of approximately 105 miles of water main to include valves, fire hydrants, (2) submersible pumps complete with drop pipe, electrical cable, and electric controls. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance is approximately 180 calendar days. Estimated range is $250,000 to $500,000. Buy-American Act applies.
