Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to construct a 4800 SF Highbay addition located on the southwest side of the PMEL facility. The new addition will include a rest room, shop area, equipment repair space, overhead crane, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protections. Relocate utilities as reuqired. All work to be done in accordance with specifications and drawing DBEH 93-1653. Construction time is 270 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 30 Jun 95. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1541 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00.
