The old tower will be demolished down to the mudline and disposed of, primarily as an artificial reef off of Long Island, NY. The new tower will be a new 3-pile steel tower in 40 feet of water, with a focal height of 67 feet above Mean Low Water. Estimated cost is between $ 1 million and $5 million.
