The new bulkhead is to be installed in front of an existing bulkhead and utilize portions of the existing bulkhead anchorage system. There will be provisions for: handrails, ladders, fender system, repairs to the masonry quaywall, cleaning the wall of marine growth, placing concrete between stones, miscellaneous demolition and removals, and any other incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $250,000 to $500,000. The SIC code is 1629 and the size standard is $17.0 Million. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set-aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern.
