The work includes furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to provide site layout, removal and disposal of plants and shrubbery (including Oleanders), removal of existing chain link fencing and footings, excavation, forming, and placement of reinforced footing, fabrication and installation of personnel gates, and the consturction of concrete masonry unit fencing with pilasters, and other work as may be authorized by the contracting officer. Fencing is anticipated to range in height from 3 feet to 6 feet. The maximum estimated amount of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work will be subject to the Davis Bacon Act labor wages. All responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered. Standard Industrial Code is 1741.
