Krutz, 601/686-5361, Contract Specialist The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary for the demolition of the old windows (Phase 1 of 6) at the USDA, ARS, Southern Regional Research Center, New Orleans, Louisiana. The work includes but isnot limited to; demolition of old windows which have asbestos and lead paint contamination and must be disposed of accordingly, demolition of boards located in the base- ment, reworking to the window sills, placement of new window frames and windows, and add new exterior brick walls where windows and walls are removed. The work will begin on or about October 1, 1995 and be completed within 120 days. An IFB will be issued on or about June 1, 1995. Estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
