59 -- VARIOUS TYPES OF COMPUTER RELATED CABLES AND CABLE PRODUCTS SOL SSA-IFB-95-2529 DUE 050395 POC Frieda Holloway tel: (410) 965-9533 The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a requirement for the acquisition of various types, quantities and lengths of token ring type 1A teflon and PVC cables, fiber optic cables, RG62A/U coat cable (PVC and teflon), token ring distribution panels, token ring mounting cabinets, token ring P/C adapter cables, male coaxial crimp connectors, cable connectors and cable splicers for all coaxial cables and other miscellaneous computer related products. Sizes and minimum and maximum quantities will vary per item. Delivery will be made to SSA's National Computer Center located in Baltimore, Maryland. An indefinite quantity contract award is anticipated for a period of one (1) year with option to renew for four additional years. SSA-IFB-95-2529 is scheduled for release on or about May 30, 1995 and bid will be required at SSA 30 days thereafter. Any firm desiring a copy of the bid package must submit its request in writing within 15 days of this notice to the attention of Frieda Holloway and shall reference SSA-IFB-95-2529. This requirement is a ''TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS'' set aside. Bidders from other than small businesses will not be considered.
