The basic ''unmodified'' Line Adapter (p/n 501565-001) was developed by Rugged Digital Systems (Datametrics Corp.). The government requires the basic Line Adapter to be modified IAW Altered Item drawing number 565999. The government intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Datametrics Corporation, Woodland Hills, CA, cage code 19059.
