The US Environmental Protection Agency intends to solicit for a Continuous Emission Monitor Panel. The Continuous Emission Monitor Panel is to provide a single integrated location for 6 different gas analyzers for the purpose of continuously measuring and recording concentrations of combustion flue gas constituents during combustion research experiments. The Continuous Emission Monitor Panel shall be constructed so that the analyzers are mounted on the front face of the panel, with access to the rear of the panel for removal of the individual analyzers. In addition to the analyzers and a strip chart recorder, the Continuous Emission Monitor Panel shall contain the auxiliary components necessary for proper calibration and operation of the system, including heater filter, pumps, flow meters, desiccant traps, and sample conditioning equipment. The RFP will be issued approximately June 9, 1995. Proposals will be due 30 days after issuance date. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request.
