This requirement is for William Sled Medium Weight Tow Targets (WSTTs). The WSTT shall be manufactured in accordance with the Statement of Work and Government drawings which will be provided with the solicitation package. The Government will provide one (1) set of fasteners for assembly and testing purposes. The WSTT is a surface gunnery target consisting of tubular framework mounted on two pontoons. The target is towed by approximately 5,000 feet of double-braided nylon line by a seagoing tug. Wire fabric screens are mounted on both sides of the upper quarter of the framework to provide radar augmentation. The physical dimensions of the WSTT are as follows: Length: 7 feet 11 inches; Beam: 14 feet; Height: 16 feet; Draft: 14 inches; and Weight: Approximately 4,000 pounds. A total quantity initial order of twelve (12) WSTTs is required. An additional quantity of NOT TO EXCEED thirty (30) units may be required subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses. Delivery shall take place for six (6) units 150 days after award of contract or issuance of delivery order and 180 days after award of contract or issuance of delivery order for the remaining six (6) units. Delivery shall be 150 days after issuance of delivery order for all additional quantity units. Delivery shall be FOB Desti- nation to Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, CA 93042.
