The resulting contractor shall perform maintenance on the laboratory elevator located in building 7272 of the Russell Measurements Facility, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The contractor shall provide on-call service in the event of breakdown. The contractor shall perform biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections. A competitive fixed price or cost-reimbursement type contract with a three year period of performance is anticipated. Solicitation release date is planned for 6-9 June 95.
