A -- A -- AN/FSQ-T22 ELECTRONIC COMBAT ENVIRONMENT ANALYZER/SIMULATOR POC Contact, Rodney A. Moye, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure one (1) AN/FSQ-T22 electronic combat environment analyzer/simulator. The AN/FSQ-T22 is a RF/Pulse Doppler/Continuous Wave threat simulator intended to train EA-6B aircrews. NAVAIR will place this sole source, cost-type contract with AEL, Inc. (Lansdale, PA). As sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AN/FSQ-T22, AEL, Inc. is the only firm which possesses the requisite knowledgeand expertise necessary to meet the Government's minimum needs in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, a large quantity of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), originally manufactured or integrated by AEL, Inc., will be provided to the contractor.
