Title and number of pages of the notified document: ``The Hong Kong Voluntary Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme for Household Refrigeration Appliances'' in draft (56 pages including annexes). 6. Description of content: Hong Kong will introduce a voluntary energy efficiency labelling scheme for household refrigeration appliances on sale in Hong Kong, details of which are given in the document ``The Hong Kong Voluntary Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme for Household Refrigeration Appliances''. Participating manufacturers, agents or retailers are required to affix an energy label in specified format to each product. The label contains information on energy consumption and energy efficiency grading. The methodology for measurement of energy consumption follows the ISO 8187 standard. 7. Objective and rationale: to promote the awareness of energy efficiency among consumers. 8.
