N -- N -- F-14 AIRCRAFT 9000 FLIGHT HOUR TIME COMPLIANCE REQMT MOD SOL N00019-94-G-0028 POC Contact, Alan Reyes, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, New York 11714 for the production of F-14 9000 flight hour Time Compliance Requirement (TCR) modification design to incorporate structural enhancements identified as a result of a full-scale fatigue test. This effort shall focus on those modifications that involve first time manufacturing procedures or that could be incorporated into existing manufacturer and designer of the F-14 airframe is the only known source available to provide the required effort.
