Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to REPLACE THE HVAC SYSTEM in Building 3148, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-5001. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specification. The scope of work, as a minimum, includes: remove existing mechanical systems related to heating and air-conditioning., remove existing walls, floor tiles and vinyl tile, asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, remove existing electrical systems except primary transformer in vaults, remove existing plumbing system as affected by installation of new work, provide new HVAC system, provide new walls and doors, provide new fire alarm system, test, adjust and balance new HVAC, commission new HVAC system and automatic temperature controls. This solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition (F&OC). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
