14 -- TI TO CONDUCT AN ENGINEERING STUDY POC Contact, Tania Butler, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O)Box 660246 M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order procures from TI an effort to conduct an engineering study regarding readiness characteristics of delivered Government Furnished Equipment. TI is the only designer, developer, and sole producer of the High Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) weapon system, and is the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
