Aircraft. FOB Destination with required delivery 20 ea 180 days ADC to
Texarkana, TX. and 23 monthly thereafter. The First Article Test
Report with required delivery 135 days ADC. Delivery with First Article
will be 20 each, 363 days ADC to Texarkana, TX and 23 each month
thereafter. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
Authority and justifiation is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a
Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is
for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and
drawing to permit full and open competition; however, it is restricted
to approved source(s) Aircraft Gear Corporation, 6633 W. 65th St.,
Chicago, IL 60638-4995; The Purdy Corporation, 586 HIlliard St., P.O.
Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06040-1574. The time required for approval of
new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending
approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to send source approval
in order to compete for future soliciations IAW the instructions
contained in Section L of the solicitation. The proposed contract is
set aside 100% for small business concerns. Information on meeting of
